Book a Tournament

Our tournaments are professionally managed, yet affordable for every type of group and budget. Tournaments vary depending on season, number of players and location, so please contact each individual course for specific information.

Deposits

Deposits are refundable up to 30 days prior to the tournament date.  The deposit will be credit to the total amount due when paying balance of the fees.

  • 18-Hole Courses: $1000.00 for Foothills Championship 18 and Meadows Golf Club
  • Foothills Executive 9 Course: $250.00
  • Foothills Par 3 Course: $100.00

Tournament or Group play Options

18-Hole Courses at Foothills Golf Course and Meadows Golf Club

Pace of Play Policy: 4 hours, 20 minutes, “maximum allowable pace” for the golf course is 2 hours, 10 minutes on the front and 2 hours, 5 minutes on the back with 5 minutes allotted at the turn for a total of 4 hours, 20 minutes. Groups may be asked to move forward to a position which maintains pace with groups ahead. It is the tournament chairperson’s responsibility to inform participants of this policy.

Option 1: Small group outings may pre-book online 11 to 60 days in advance. No restrictions on the number of players.

  • Weekday Monday-Thursday $84.00 per player
  • Weekend Friday-Sunday $94.00 per player
    • Price includes green fee, cart fee and advance booking fee.
    • Full payment due at time of booking.
    • Cancelation refunds are available; however, the advance booking fee per player is non refundable.

Option 2: Tournament option (32 players or more) may be booked through the pro-shop.

  • A $1000.00 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total balance when due. Refunds are available for cancellations made up to 14 days before the event
  • Weekdays Monday-Thursday $87.00 per player due at the Pro-shop, plus a mandatory $25.00 due to the restaurant, for Food and Beverage (paid separately to the restaurant and does include tax and gratuity).
  • Weekends Friday-Saturday $97.00 per player due at the Pro-shop, plus a mandatory $25.00 due to the restaurant for Food and Beverage (paid separately to the restaurant and does include tax and gratuity).
  • The Liquor license applies throughout the entire golf course. No outside food and beverage allowed on the premises. ALL food and liquor consumed MUST be purchased from our restaurants
    • Price includes green fee, golf cart, range balls, Food & Beverage, personalized cart signs and scorecards.
    • Within 10 days of the event, the maximum number of players must be finalized.
      • Due to public tee time access, any additional player count may be added ONLY if available.
      • 95% of the remaining balance is due.
      • Total remaining balance due on the date of play.
    • Restaurant fees are paid separately. For food ordering purposes, the approximate number of players will be due 14 days in advance, with the balance due 10 days in advance.
      • The restaurant manager will contact you, but it will be the tournament chairperson’s responsibility to finalize arrangements for food and beverage. The deposit is due to the restaurant once the food and beverage contract has been signed.

Foothills 9-Hole Executive Course

The 9-Hole Executive Course is ideal for staff outings, wedding parties, or reunions! It provides an excellent opportunity for team building or just a fun-filled, quick 9 holes of golf. This course offers incredible mountain views, with more flexible start times than the 18-Hole Championship Course.

Pace of Play Policy: Foothills Golf Course requires all golfers to complete 9 holes in a maximum of 2 hours. Groups may be asked to move forward to a position which maintains pace with the groups ahead. It is the tournament chairperson’s responsibility to inform participants of this policy.

    • Price includes green fee & cart fee.

Option 2: Tournament Contract option (32 players or more) may be booked through the pro-shop.

  • $250.00 nonrefundable deposit required at the time of booking. This deposit will go towards the total balance when due. Refunds are available for cancellations made up to 14 days before the event
  • Weekdays Monday-Thursday $34.00 per player due at the Pro-shop, plus an optional $25.00 due to the restaurant, for Food and Beverage (paid separately to the restaurant and does include tax and gratuity).
  • Weekends Friday-Sunday $36.00 per player due at the Pro-shop, plus an optional $25.00 due to the restaurant for Food and Beverage (paid separately to the restaurant and does include tax and gratuity).

Shotgun Tournaments (Minimum Golfers: 80)

  • All Shotgun Events start between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m., depending on the time of year.
  • Monday-Thursday  = $120/player
  • Friday-Sunday = $130/player – ($12,500 minimum, play begins at 7:30 a.m.)
  • All Shotgun fees include:
    • Green Fees
    • Golf Cart
    • $25 per player in restaurant spending ($20 for spending and $5 towards tax and gratuity); Contact restaurant manager three weeks in advance.
    • Personalized Score Cards, Cart Sheets and Flag Prize Markers
    • Check-in Area

Guidelines

  • Fees are set regardless of the player’s residency.
  • Balance of fees are to be paid and actual player count must be received 10 days in advance of the tournament date. Refunds will not be given for entrants failing to play.
  • For Restaurant services, the deposit is due once the food and beverage contract has been signed.
  • Tournament chairperson must submit two copies of tournament roster with starting times listed in consecutive order.
  • Tournament chairperson must submit a list to the pro shop one week in advance of
    the tournament requesting how prize money shall be spent as well as details regarding “Closest to the Pin,” “Longest Drive,” etc.
  • Tournament chairperson must arrive at the golf course a minimum of 1 hour prior to the tournament and is responsible for seeing that participants arrive timely as well.
  • It is the responsibility of the tournament chairperson to assure that all food, beer and liquor consumed at the course is purchased from Meadows Golf Club or Foothills Golf Course.
