Golf Tournament Policies

• Fees are set regardless of the player’s residency.
• Balance of fees are to be paid and actual player count must be received 10 days in advance of the tournament date. Refunds will not be given for entrants failing to play.
• Some tournament options require an additional food and beverage fee utilizing on-site Restaurant services.
• Restaurant fees are paid separately. For Restaurant services, the deposit is due once the food and beverage contract has been signed.
• Tournament chairperson must submit two copies of tournament roster with starting times listed in consecutive order.
• Tournament chairperson must submit a list to the pro shop one week in advance of
  the tournament requesting how prize money shall be spent as well as details regarding “Closest to the Pin,” “Longest Drive,” etc.
• Tournament chairperson must arrive at the golf course a minimum of 1 hour prior to the tournament and is responsible for seeing that participants arrive timely as well.
• It is the responsibility of the tournament chairperson to assure that all food, beer and liquor consumed at the course is purchased from Meadows Golf Club or Foothills Golf Course.
• Within 10 days of the event, the maximum number of players must be finalized.
  • Due to public tee time access, any additional player count may be added ONLY if available.
  • 100% of the remaining balance is due.

Restaurant Pricing and Policies

Some tournament options require the use of the on-site Restaurant services. 

• Base price structure is $25 per player, $20 for spending and $5 towards tax and gratuity.
  • Tournament organizers are able to increase their food and beverage spending as needed based on menu requests.

Restaurant fees are paid separately. For food ordering purposes, the approximate number of players will be due 14 days in advance, with the balance due 10 days in advance.

• The restaurant manager will contact you, but it will be the tournament chairperson’s responsibility to finalize arrangements for food and beverage. The deposit is due to the restaurant once the food and beverage contract has been signed.

18-Hole Tee Time Tournaments

Held on the Championship 18 course at Foothills Golf Course or Meadows Golf Club

Option 1: Small group outings may pre-book online 11 to 60 days in advance.

• Monday – Thursday: $95 per player
• Friday – Sunday: $105 per player
  • Price includes green fee, cart fee and advance booking fee.
  • Full payment due at time of booking.
  • Cancelation refunds are available up to 14 days before the event. However, the advanced booking fee per player is non-refundable.
  • No Food and Beverage fee is required.

Option 2: Small group outings may pre-book 11 to 60 days in advance. 16 players or more may book through the Pro-shop.

• Monday – Thursday: $95 per player
• Friday – Sunday: $105 per player
  • Price includes green fee, cart fee, advance booking fee, scorecards, cart signs and range balls.
  • A $1,000 non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking. This deposit will go towards the total balance when due.
  • Cancelation refunds, less the deposit, are available up to 14 days before the event. However, the advanced booking fee per player is non-refundable.

18-Hole Shotgun Tournaments

Held on the Championship 18 course at Foothills Golf Course or Meadows Golf Club

All Shotgun Events start between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m., depending on the time of year.

All Shotgun fees include:

• Green Fees and Golf Cart
• Personalized Score Cards, Cart Sheets and Flag Prize Markers
• Gift Certificates, Range Balls and Check-in Area
• A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total balance when due.
• Cancelation refunds, less the deposit, are available up to 14 days before the event.

Option 1: Less than 72 players Modified Shotgun, may book through the pro-shop.

• Flat Rate: $8,000, price includes $500 in gift certificates.

Option 2: 72 or more players, may book through the pro-shop.

• Flat Rate: $15,000, price includes $1,000 in gift certificates.

9-Hole Tee Time Tournament

Held on the Executive 9 courses at Foothills Golf Course

The 9-Hole Executive Course is ideal for staff outings, wedding parties, or reunions! It provides an excellent opportunity for team building or just a fun-filled, quick 9 holes of golf. This course offers incredible mountain views, with more flexible start times than the 18-Hole Championship Course.

Option 1: Small group outings may pre-book online 11 to 60 days in advance. No restrictions on the number of players.

• Monday – Thursday: $43 per player
• Friday – Sunday: $45 per player
  • Price includes green fee & cart fee.
  • Full payment due at time of booking.
  • Cancelation refunds are available up to 14 days before the event. However, the advanced booking fee per player is non-refundable.
  • No Food and Beverage fee is required.

Option 2: Tournament Contract option – 32 players or more, may be booked through the pro-shop.

• Monday – Thursday: $43 per player
• Friday – Sunday: $45 per player
  • Price includes green fee, golf cart, range balls, personalized cart signs and scorecards.
  • A $250 non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking. This deposit will go towards the total balance when due.
  • Cancelation refunds, less the deposit, are available up to 14 days before the event.

Pace of Play Policy

18-holes at Meadows Golf Club and Foothills Golf Course: 4 hours, 20 minutes, “maximum allowable pace” for the golf course is 2 hours, 10 minutes on the front and 2 hours, 5 minutes on the back with 5 minutes allotted at the turn for a total of 4 hours, 20 minutes.

Executive 9 at Foothills golf Course: All golfers are required to complete 9 holes in a maximum of 2 hours. Groups may be asked to move forward to a position which maintains pace with the groups ahead. It is the tournament chairperson’s responsibility to inform participants of this policy
